La Remolacha y el Repollo.<\/p>\n<p>Las propiedades depurativas del<strong> repollo<\/strong> surgen de su <strong>composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica<\/strong>. En t\u00e9rminos generales el repollo posee un alto contenido en <strong>vitaminas<\/strong> y <strong>minerales<\/strong>, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n de fibra y <strong>agua<\/strong>. Estos dos \u00faltimos componentes son la base de las propiedades depurativas del repollo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al igual que el repollo, la <strong>remolacha <\/strong>es un alimento del que no deber\u00edamos prescindir. Es una hortaliza muy energ\u00e9tica que es muy aconsejada en casos de anemia, enfermedades de la sangre y convalecencia debido a su alto contenido en hierro, tambi\u00e9n es rica en az\u00facares, vitaminas C y B, potasio y carotenos.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las remolachas tambi\u00e9n tienen alto contenido de fibra, soluble e insoluble. Esta mezcla la echamos sobre la remolacha que tenemos ya pelada.<\/p>\n<p>Podemos hacer una ensalada de repollo y de remolacha por separado o simplemente mezclar ambas para poder obtener sabores variados. A la remolacha le podemos <strong>agregar el repollo<\/strong> y un toque de salsa de soja y az\u00facar.
